கஷாயம்:
20 முதல் 30 Gram பொடியை 200 ml தண்ணீர் விட்டு கொதிக்க வைத்து அதை 50 ml ஆக வற்றவைக்க வேண்டும்.
30 ml முதல் 50 ml வரை உணவுக்கு பின் இரு வேளை உட்கொள்ளலாம்.
